Are you a member in good standing?
To fully participate in the union, you must be a member in good standing. Being a member in good standing gives you a say in how your union is run. Only members in good standing can attend and vote at union meetings, run for elected union positions, vote in union elections or serve as delegates to union events.
All members must complete a member application in order to become a member in good standing. Once your application is received, your membership card will be mailed to you and you will be entitled to all union benefits including strike pay in the event of a strike.
Once OPSEU regional office receives your completed member application, a confirmation email will be sent to the Secretary/Treasurer who will then reach out to you with more information.
