PAYROLL INFORMATION
- All ROE’s will be submitted electronically by the Board to Service Canada. This is for permanent, LTO’s and casual members.
- Casual ROE’s are submitted later due to the reporting period. You should still make your claim as soon as your layoff period begins.
- If you have other employment within the Board (i.e. Travel Assistant, Lunchroom Supervisor) that is also terminating at this time, or that occurred in the last 52 weeks, you will have to submit that information as well. ROE’s are completed manually and make take longer in your case. Check your e-Pass regularly for your ROE to time the submission of your EI application.
- You must complete your application on-line or go to a Service Canada location near your home. It is recommended that you give yourself 60 minutes to complete the application.

- Members will continue to submit their reports every 2 weeks until they return to work.
- ROE’s electronically submitted to EI will state your return date (permanent employees).
