Join a Committee

Members have the opportunity to join a committee at any time during the school year and are encouraged to participate to gain leadership experience.

According to Robert’s Rules of Order, a committee is an extension of the union and works collaboratively with the Executive. While committees operate within their assigned responsibilities, they have less authority to act independently on behalf of members than the Executive.
