Your Collective Agreement is an essential document for you as a unionized employee. It sets out the terms of your employment for the dates specified in the agreement. The language is negotiated by your Local 2100 Bargaining Committee on behalf of members and includes wages, hours of work, leaves, and a wide range of other workplace rights and protections.
Most common workplace questions can be answered by reviewing the language contained within your Collective Agreement. Local 2100 encourages all members to become familiar with it and refer to it when questions about their employment arise.
Your current Collective Agreement can be viewed below. Previous Collective Agreements are also available further down this page for reference.
The OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution is the governing document of the Union. It establishes the rules, structure, responsibilities, and democratic processes that guide how OPSEU/SEFPO and its Locals operate.
Local 2100 encourages members to become familiar with the Constitution, particularly the provisions that outline membership rights, elections, meetings, and the responsibilities of elected representatives.
The current OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution can be viewed below.
The OPSEU/SEFPO Policy Manual reflects the Union’s shared principles, direction, and approach to how we operate. Its policies are developed through democratic processes involving members at Convention and regional representatives on the Executive Board, and help guide decisions across the Union.
The Policy Manual works alongside the OPSEU/SEFPO Constitution and Procedures Manual and is updated as the Union continues to evolve.
The current OPSEU/SEFPO Policy Manual can be viewed below.
The OPSEU/SEFPO Statement of Respect outlines the standards of respectful conduct expected of members when participating in Union activities, meetings, events, and other Union spaces. It supports an environment where all members are treated with dignity and respect.
The OPSEU/SEFPO Statement of Respect can be viewed below.
If you have questions or require further information regarding the Statement of Respect, please contact OPSEU/SEFPO Staff Representative Allan Rogers at arogers@opseu.org.
